INCOMPATIBILITY WITH ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation

Enforcement Procedure

If the response from the above contact is not satisfactory, you may submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). Complaints can be submitted electronically using the complaints contact form.

Complaints are reviewed to determine whether they concern violations of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly non-compliance with accessibility requirements by federal entities or organizations attributed to them.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action and propose measures to remedy the accessibility deficiencies.
